Smitdfield`s Chicken `N Bar-B-Q in Garner

I absolutely LOVE Smithfields. This location was very clean. 99.0 sanitation grade

Everytime we go there the food is delicious and the servers are so polite.You won't be disappointed.

Barbecue was barely warm and this location doesn't have honey butter for the hushpuppies

Went through the drive thru for service. Exceptional service and the food was excellent.

They've gotten our order wrong a couple of times, but overall they usually get it right, and when they do make a mistake it's not too hard to fix. I enjoyed the banana pudding as well.

The food is good. I am a lover of fried chicken and the have one of the best. Family atmosphere and great place for large groups.

Please consider leaving out pulled pork in the baked beans. Otherwise food was great.

The food was really good. I would definitely recommend this location. I love the potatoe salad and the Brunswick stew.

I had the bbq plate with slaw and baked beans lol to go. The slaw was different but good. The counter girl was cute and very nice. The food was real tasty too.

My issue is not the food or the regular dsy to day managers because they are great!!! My issue is the top manager that closes early while talking outside on his phone while 10 cars are at the drive thru. Closing at 915 being told by one of the workers. Unacceptable!! Lost revenues Bojangles picked up those customers!!!

The Manager was very Friendly to customers and the Staff. I even heard him offer the buy one if his employees Lunch. The food was Excellent. And the place was Spotless

Comfortable environment, fast service, great food, very reasonable prices. The staff circles the dining room repeatedly refilling your tea. In a word, GREAT!

I had the worst experience here, the owner literally tried to kill my grandma after running her over with the chicken truck. And if that’s not bad enough when I got my food there was a roach surrounding it and I found a bunch of hairs everywhere on it and the overall experience was gross and nasty as hell.

Tenders were good just weren't ready so they brought out half the food first and brought the rest tenders later

Chicken is always juicy and delicious with lots of flavor hands down .. The staff has great customer service!!!! I love this location they never let me down !!! Keep up the great work😁

The lady at the drive thru was rude and the chicken tasted like it had been fried in old oil. This used to be a great place but it's been going downhill for a while now.

I usually like their crispy fried chicken & BBQ. I wasn't very hungry so I got a chicken tender value meal. It was not crispy at all. It wasn't bad, and there were plenty of French fries, so I didn't leave hungry.

I visit the 4000 Jones Sausage Rd, Garner, NC 27529 restaurant yesterday and some of the young people working there were not wearing their masks properly. The masks were on their necks and not covering their mouth and noses.

A lovely dining experience. Service was awesome. The food was wonderful and the chicken especially was huge. The iced tea is fantastic. Would definitely come back for another round.

Love the food my only problem was when I got my Brunswick stew as a side and they put it in the same tray with my chicken. It needs to always go in a separate container oh, that's just my opinion. I still get 5 stars because the food is excellent!!

I always get superior food and service at Smithfield Chicken 'N BBQ. My favorite menu item may be their Brunswick Stew...buy one get another for a dollar. With a senior discount that's a quart of stew for $6.64 +tax. And don't forget the pecan pie!

Awesome BBQ North Carolina style , pulled pork was great as always and Brunswick stew is great.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Food was great! Customer service was AWESOME!! The one little thing that I didn't like was that they only had a vinegar based BBQ sauce for the BBQ. I would definitely visit again!

The Barbecue is STANDARD NC Barbecue. Always good. Every single time. And the MOST UNDERRATED ITEM on the menu? THE FRIES might be the best in the WORLD. #MikeyHatesEverything

Spent 52 dollars got tail gate and two shrimp plates. My shrimp was sp salty we could not eat neither plate when I called to tell them they said sorry it's the broader.Ijust went their 2months ago it did not taste like that.She said well I'm sorry that how they come pre battered. Wont be going there nomore I'm out about 16 dollars smh

I love this place! The chicken is always fresh, and when you get the buy one get one free I always do the Brunswick stew. Desserts, barbecue sauce, tater salad, the french fries, everything is always scrumptious! Very nice friendly staff, this is a must visit place!

Great food- did a great job. Used during passing of my brother. My sister and I were 30 minutes early. They prepared hot food didn't rush over our order. Gave us everything we needed to serve our family and friends. Everyone, complimented how great the food taste and looked.

They've redone the menu and drastically raised prices. I know I'll not be inclined to choose this chain. It's just not worth the current prices. It was a great value previously.

I have been going to this place for years because of the delicious food they serve! Great barbeque sandwiches, chicken and love their fries! Highly recommended!

All I know is Texas BBQ and everything I've had outside TX has been inferior. That said, I enjoy a good pulled pork, and though NC has a different take on its PP, I found this to be rather pleasant. I know it's a chain, and in TX the best BBQ rarely comes from chains, but I wouldn't hesitate to return here. Better than average service as well.
